I suddenly miss how we used to be so retarded in the classroom. How we used to “tutor” people in Math, sleep during Physics, and not pay attention during CL. Oh the wonders of senior year.
In the brightness of their love
A gift of life came from the above.
Life they had to tenderly care
For it was a gift that was rare.
A year passes, and another,
Sixteen years and counting. Oh brother!
What was once they remembered as to be a baby
Is now a fine young lady.
An artist and a writer of her life,
Trying to leave behind her knife.
Her room like a freedom wall,
Filled with writings and drawings ‘til the hall.
Yearning to fly in the sky
Before her life will die.
As an end must come to she
Might she stay in a grave with thee?
Her dreams coming true,
